Sometimes small discoveries can make noticable changes. Sometimes the changes affect locally, other times globally. You never know which innovation will be widely accepted and which will be forgotten.

Everything can be improved. Skiing trdition was long and rich already 25 years ago.
Nobody belived that a huge change is possible. First skis divided the skiers. Some of them were immediately very enthusiastic, the others were trying to convince us that the innovation makes no sense.
The main argument agaist the innovation was very interesting. Why would somebody from small Slovenia discover something, that big guys didn't.
All inventions are connected to areas in which we got involved
